PPL Expansion - Expression of Interest Form + Non-Disclosure Agreement

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Prairies Premier League license holder.

Saskatchewan Soccer Association is accepting Expression of Interest from organizations looking to be part of 2027 PPL expansion.

Please note that the entire expansion process will take approximately 2 months once it is fully underway. We are planning our next phase of expansion, which we expect will begin in Fall 2026. The teams joining the Prairies Premier League for the 2027 season will be announced in November 2026.  

There is no minimum number of teams required for expansion. The final number of teams, league structure, and whether expansion proceeds at all will be subject to the league’s review and decision-making process. Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee expansion or league membership for 2027. 

Phase One of the Expansion Process:

• Once we receive your completed "Expression of Interest" form and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, a Prairies Premier League executive team member will reach out to schedule an initial consultation meeting. During this call, we will provide a detailed explanation of the complete expansion or sale process.
• We will share the comprehensive expansion package with you after the initial consultation meeting.
• The deadline for submitting the Expression of Interest for entry into the Premier Soccer Leagues Canada Pyramid in 2027 is currently ongoing.
• We will schedule initial consultations meetings after receiving your NDA, Expression of Interest form and processing fees.
